We want to help ensure that the job title is so precisely formulated that we find just the person who matches your needs and wishes for the specific challenges in the market.
Structured and effective global search
We activate our entire global network to find the best candidates. Our network includes candidates at both group level as well as at distributor and master dealer level. We have unique industry knowledge and are extremely result-oriented.
We hold regular follow-up status meetings so that you are continually updated on when you can expect the new profile to be identified and recruited.
Recommendation of the most suitable
We carry out an ongoing selection of the best candidates, and hold both an introductory personality test and interviews so we can recommend at least 3 unique candidates with regional experience to you.
We hold follow-up interviews with candidates and the company after 3 and 6 months to align expectations and performance status.
