Vi tilbyder en ny type outplacement-program til de kandidater, som er motiveret til at komme godt videre – hvad enten det er i en lignende eller helt ny type stilling.

Vores mentorprogram er langt mere personligt og hands-on end de traditionelle coach-forløb. Når vi siger, at vi investerer os selv personligt, så betyder det, at vi:

  • Driver mentor-forløbet proaktivt i tæt sparring med kandidaten

Vi hjælper med at udvikle en plan som – skridt for skridt – kan føre til det næste job. Vi vil ugentlig følge op på udviklingen, feedback og mulige udfordringer og tilpasse planen løbende.

Outplacement-program

Folk er forskellige. Nogle har brug for en mere rolig proces med fokus på at bearbejde og få lagt en plan på sigt. Andre har brug for, at der sker noget med en konkret actionplan, så de hurtigt kommer videre. Vi er specialister i det sidste.

Over the past 5.5 months, Niels has served as interim Sales Director at Foxway Recommerce, reporting directly to President Mikkel Frid. During this time, he successfully led our global sales team of 25 professionals. Niels met our sales forecast and played a pivotal role in crafting our future sales strategy, ensuring the successful completion of the setup for our future sales organization. In parallel with his interim role, Niels was also responsible for recruiting and finding his successor, a new Sales Director for Foxway Recommerce.
